In this video, fan favorite Dentist, Dr. Susan, has come back in to get a bodywork session to tune up the tightness and pain she is experiencing in her hamstrings, glutes, and leg in general. She plays a lot of pickleball competitively and her leg muscles get worked and tight over time due to lack of stretching and repetitive use. In this part of her session, we focused on her glute release, tight hamstrings, and also worked a bit on her quads to get her legs all good and well again. She had a pickleball tournament coming up so we had to make sure she was ready to compete at the highest pickleball level she could. Tried our best to get rid of her foot pain and knee pain. We utilized a combination of cupping therapy, massage therapy, and Gaston techniques.
