Min utrustning för Gröna Bandet 2026

This video is about the gear I plan to use during my attempt to complete Gröna Bandet 2026 – a roughly 1,300 km (800 mile) hike through the entire Swedish mountain range, from Treriksröset in the far north to Grövelsjön in the south. Gröna Bandet (The Green Ribbon) is one of Sweden's classic long-distance hiking challenges. Participants travel the length of the Swedish mountain range under their own power, without motorized transport or support crews, choosing their own route between a number of mandatory checkpoints. Everything I need between resupply points has to be carried on my back, so every single piece of gear has to earn its place. A lot has changed since my last gear video. Some old favourites are still with me, while other items are completely new. And a few gear decisions turned out to be much more difficult than I expected.
