Helicopter rescue of ill passenger from cruise ship off foggy Newfoundland.

Early 2025 a cruise ship 330NM off the coast of St John's, Newfoundland had an ill passenger that needed immediate evacuation. The ship was out of helicopter range and had to sail closer. While the ship was sailing closer the helicopter crew first did a medevac in Newfoundland, landed in St John's for fuel, and then proceeded offshore to conduct the rescue.
