Ingredienti: -2 zucchine -1 bicchiere di vino bianco secco -1/2 bicchiere di aceto -1/2 cipolla -2 spicchi d'aglio -3 o 4 foglie di salvia fresca -olio e.v.o. -olio per friggere -sale q.b.
