Mission #2 'Cleanig House' | GTA Vice City Stories Cleaning House is the second story mission in GTA: Vice City Stories, given to Victor Vance by Sergeant Jerry Martinez. It introduces you to Phil Cassidy and the Cholos gang. 1 Meet Phil Cassidy Viceport Docks Leave Fort Baxter and drive southeast down to Phil's Depot at the Viceport docks. Walk into the marker to trigger the cutscene where you meet Phil. 2 Drive to Phil's Old Place 101 Bayshore Avenue Get into Phil's truck. He will direct you to his old house, which has been overrun by the Cholos gang. Drive north until you reach the marked location. Phil will drop you off and drive away, leaving you to handle the rest. 3 Clear out the Cholos Outside Equip your pistol. Take cover or keep moving to eliminate the Cholo gang members hanging out in front of the house. 4 Storm the House Walk up to the front door and head inside. Deal with the remaining gang members inside the apartment using your gun or fists. 5 Recover the Cash & Return Once the house is clear, Vic will automatically grab Martinez's money from under the floorboards. Step back outside, hop into a vehicle (stealing one of the Cholo Sabres outside is a fun option), and drive all the way back to Fort Baxter Air Base to deliver the cash to Martinez. Key Rewards & Unlocks Cash: $100 Unlocks: The mission Conduct Unbecoming becomes available.
