12. The Fourth Rule: Al Masyaqatu Tajlibu At Taisir (Qowaidul Fiqhiyyah) - Ustadz Agus Waluyo One of the most important sciences for us to learn is jurisprudence. Jurisprudence is part of religion. What is jurisprudence? Fiqh is knowledge about syar'i laws of a practical nature that is obtained through the process of istinbat (excavating and studying) from syar'i arguments.
