Zante - 4 Vasilikos Beaches - No Name Beach, Porto Kaminia, Dafni Beach & Gerakas

In this video, we head down the Vasilikos Peninsula and try 4 different beaches on this beautiful part of the island of Zakynthos. Our first beach is just 5 minutes drive outside of Argassi. A hidden and largely unknown beach with no name, with a hidden trail down towards the beautifully clear and blue seas. Will we manage to find the beach or will we get lost? Our second beach is Porto Kaminia, about a 15 minute drive from our first stop. Here we have a lovely laid back and chilled beach, with a few small beach tavernas and even some accommodation options. We try some food and drinks, show the prices and give you our overall thoughts on these. Beach number three is beautiful Dafni Beach, which takes about 20 minutes from Porto Kaminia. The road to Dafni is not the best, but we take it slow and eventually arrive at Dafni Taverna. Here, the sunbeams are free to use if you purchase food or drinks from the Taverna. We take you along the beach to show you what Dafni Beach has to offer. Our last stop of the day is Zante's most sour then point, Gerakas Beach. As we arrive, we look around the Turtle Sanctuary Centre and learn a bit about the work that happens here. We then take a walk down to the lovely stretch of beach where the sea is beautifully clear, sandy, shallow and lukewarm warm.
