Three years ago, a spinal stroke left me paralyzed from the chest down. On the third anniversary of that day, I crossed the finish line of my first Half Ironman — Ironman 70.3 Cap Cana. This short film aims to capture a quick glance of what happened in between: the hospital, the rehab, the training, and the people who carried me through it. 🎬 A Film by Emilio Colombo @emcoframes Follow the journey: Instagram: / jccf12
