Police to charge Pathologist with 'Abuse of Office'

http://www.ntvuganda.co.ug/ The Pathologist who was hired to conduct an Independent investigation into the death of Butaleja Woman MP Cerinah Nebanda may be charged with abuse of office. Police spokesperson Judith Nabakooba told NTV that the proposed charges against Dr. Sylvester Onzivua have been submitted to the Director of Public Prosecution.This comes as the director general of the ministry of health Dr. Jane Achieng confirms that the Ministry gave its permission to the Pathologist to take body samples of the late MP to South Africa.
