Polos or the young jackfruit is slow cooked for nearly two hours (traditionally more than six hours) with all the right spices and coconut milk to make it spicy and sour. This delicious curry is a meat substitute and can be served with rice, roti, bread or even as a filling for sandwiches or as a topping for pizzas!
