Even back in 1968, on the barricades, Raphaël's demands were to care for all living things. A pioneer in holistic health, he decided to create a place in the Hérault region of France that combines health and quality food to foster a genuine reconnection with nature. A farm that heals. Always ready for new, seemingly insurmountable challenges, in 2023 he discovered the island of Maio in Cape Verde, which hadn't received a drop of rain for 11 years. He then decided to cultivate water and push back the desert. In the midst of an economic and geopolitical crisis, he revived ancestral techniques to be able to cultivate the island once again. Today, the first fruits are already here. Pushing back the impossible and sowing hope.
