The Most Dangerous Road in Africa! 🇲🇼

It was an early start to the day, as the bright sun began to rise above Lake Malawi and peek in to my window I prepared for the rough journey ahead! Little did I know that I would travel on the most dangerous road in Africa ... Possibly the bumpiest, unsafe and worst road I have traveled so far. Luckily got a ride in a 4x4 going up but came back down on a Chinese 125cc, built for tarmacked roads was a 'hair-raising' experience. I later found out one or two have died on the back of these bikes. This impressive waterfall thunders 100m into the valley below, about 4km from Livingstonia there's a small path to the falls. I can certainly say the views are astounding and worth the hike. People hiding from slavers, over 100 years ago, used to flee to the caves behind the falls.
