Tanja Mairhofer and André Gatzke demonstrate exercises that can help: stick out your tongue, circle your head, lift your ears, clap, wiggle your bottom, stomp your foot, and bend your knees. In the children's story, Felix shows how he trains for ice hockey. Ice hockey is a sport with a lot of physical contact, which is why the body needs to be well protected. That's why he puts on a full-body suit. Over that, he wears pants and a belt to which items can be attached. He also puts on shin guards and leg warmers, which are attached to the belt. Over all of that, he puts on pants. His upper body is protected by a chest protector. There's also special protection for his elbows, neck, and throat. And of course, Felix puts on ice skates. His head is protected by a special helmet with a face mask. In the commercial, a rabbit is ice skating. Rabbit tries it too, but he's not very steady and falls. Rabbit has an idea: he simply gives Elephant an ice skate that he can carry on his trunk. That way, he can skate too. Now we see Felix at ice hockey practice. He's training on the ice with his team. At the beginning of a practice, they practice various things: running fast, throwing themselves to the ground and getting up again, or pulling a teammate back and forth on the ice with their sticks. One exercise is the caterpillar: three players stand in a line, and the one at the back has to push everyone else. The fastest caterpillar wins. There are also younger children on the ice who are just learning to skate. They fall all the time. But thanks to the equipment, it doesn't hurt. Being able to move confidently on the ice is essential for playing ice hockey well. After warming up, they practice with the puck. This is the black disc that has to be shot into the goal. But you also have to be able to handle the stick confidently. There's a water break in between.
