1982... What a killer year (and decade) it was. Scorpions were one of my earlier metal influences. Dual guitars (love that), like Priest and Maiden they had their own sound and epic musicians to fill the lineup. My first time seeing them was 1985 at D.O.G., they were amazing and always put on a great show.
