This E-Lecture is a continuation of "Vowels I" where the Cardinal Vowels and the Cardinal Vowel Chart are introduced. "Vowels II" relates the various types of vowels: monophthongs, diphthongs, nasalized vowels, devoiced vowels and semi-vowels to the reference system of the Cardinal Vowels introduced in "Vowels I".
