DEVELOPMENT OF AN AUTOMATION AND CONTROL SYSTEM FOR THE PRODUCTION OF BOTTLED DRINKING WATER. 24.11

Ayufkaliyev Yerbolsyn Zhumagaliyev Meirambek The increasing demand for clean bottled drinking water has made automated production systems essential, as they ensure stable purification, accurate filling, and reliable operation. In this project, I developed and analyzed an automated bottling line controlled by a TM241CEC24U PLC, integrating sensors, pumps, filtration units, and conveyor equipment into one coordinated process. Working with EcoStruxure documentation and real sensor logic helped me understand how PLCs manage pressure, water levels, and bottle detection in real time, and I also encountered practical issues such as false triggers from the inductive sensor near the conveyor. Designing the HMI pages showed the importance of clear visualization and properly configured alarms for operator-friendly control. Overall, the project demonstrated how modern automation significantly improves efficiency, safety, and consistency in bottled-water production.
