Darkwood Gameplay - The Forest That Doesn't Want You Here

This game is so unsettling it'll make you afraid of trees. Darkwood is a top-down survival horror game with no jump scares — just pure, creeping dread. I went in completely blind. No guides, no spoilers, no idea what I was walking into. Here's what happened. Darkwood drops you into a procedurally generated forest in a Soviet-bloc country where something has gone very wrong. You scavenge by day, board up your hideout by night, and try to survive whatever's watching from the treeline. In this video: my first attempt at surviving Darkwood.
