Albania Ruined America For Me

Living in Albania changed how I see America, and there are 12 parts of life in the U.S. I can no longer tolerate after living abroad. Build Your Escape Plan: https://www.smileabroad.al/build-your... I did not move to Albania because I hate America, and Albania is not perfect. But once you experience another way of living, it becomes difficult to accept that the way you grew up is the only way things can work. I used to think I hated oranges and orange juice because they always made me feel sick in the United States. Now I buy oranges by the kilo in Albania and make fresh juice at home. That small change made me wonder how many other things I had accepted as normal simply because I had never experienced a different version. In this video, I compare everyday life in Albania and America through 12 things that have become harder for me to tolerate in the U.S.: surprise taxes, tipping culture, overpriced essentials, car dependency, poor public transit, expensive processed food, bulk shopping and consumer debt, subscription overload, aggressive policing, gun violence, social disorder, the missing social safety net, and the pressure to be productive every minute of your life.
