One Ton Swap the Jeep YJ - Prepping the Superduty Dana 60 and installing a Torq Locker & U Bolt Flip
It is finally time to replace the Dana 44 and Ford 9" axles that I have been running under DaddyJeep. I have broken enough axle shafts and I am getting quite tired of it. The axles that I will be using are a Dana 60 and Sterling 10.5 out of an 03 F350 Diesel. In this video I will be prepping the Dana 60 by cutting off the unnecessary stuff, modifying the casting, and Installing the locker. Finding a good deal on gears happened after I finished up the axle so I will be covering the gear install in another video.
