Live at the Iowa State Fair, it was pouring rain and she continued on coming out to sing to her fans regardless of rain (check near the end of the video) Make sure you click on watch it in High Quality and you will at least see some of the rain (youtube did not do it justice) Sorry for the audio quality, there was screaming and I think the water messed up my camera so all that was really good was the video!
