Wilderness Canyon Descent - 2 Nights in Wollemi National Park - Ancient Landscapes Explored (4K)

Hiking through remote wilderness. Sleeping under the stars next to a historic bushwalker's hut. Descending pristine canyons. Could the weekend get any better? On this adventure, we spend two nights camping at a remote location in the Wollemi National Park. We spend the first day hiking along a trail before being surprised by a restored historic bushwalker's hut which we use to set-up base camp. On the second day we navigate through the wilderness before gaining access to descend one of the most jaw-dropping canyon constrictions I have ever seen. It is a race against the clock to get back to the camp-site in daylight hours! On the third day we explore a nearby mountain peak, with views of the Wollemi Wilderness stretching as far as the eye can see. We return to civilization just as the weather begins to foul.
