Pollack stew isn't usually a dish I enjoy, but this time, I opened my heart and had a bowl. It is located at 37-8 Saemmal-ro, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, in a quiet spot situated below Neulbom Children's Park. A clean interior, hygienic stainless steel tables, and neat side dishes such as soft tofu, raw radish salad, seasoned bean sprouts, and pickled radish. Hot broth, tender pollack meat, and savory pollack roe. The deep flavor of the broth, perfectly suited for the rainy weather, warmed my spirits.
