1940s Criccieth Beach, Castle, Marching Band & Lake - Family Cine Film

Here is some 16mm home movie reels taken by my grandfather Leslie Brownhill of the Brownhill & Harrop families who lived around Rotherham. These cini films are from a large collection I own and have digitised to make available for wider viewing due to the historical value and nostalgic significance - especially now they are more than 80 years old. A fantastic archive This footage features Lesley & Eva Brownhill and their daughter (my mum) Adrienne along with friends. Scenes on the beach, a military marching band, castle and boating lake.
