It is a very rare and valuable operational preserved locomotive in Japan, running in its original form and emitting live smoke. 😊 The steam locomotive "Amemiya No. 21," which was active on the forest railway until 1958 (Showa 33), is preserved in working order at "Maruseppu Forest Park Ikoi no Mori" in Engaru Town, Hokkaido. The SL Amemiya No. 21 was manufactured in 1928 (Showa 3). It will soon celebrate its 100th birthday. The brightly colored yellow railway bridge featured in the video is a genuine truss bridge that was actually used on the former forest railway and has been relocated here.
