Knife build part 1: Jute Micarta Scales In this video we will get started on a bushcraft knife build. The design of this knife is very similar to a puukko but would be great as a camp knife or a heavy carver. To get started we will be making some Jute micarta scales. I also talk a little about the materials I will be using for the knife. For those interested in making their own gear this video will show you an easy way to make micarta.
