1 pack (zero throttle control) rip — (oh and drone's out of service now)

All parts are stock air75 except for the canopy and frame, which are air75v2. The motors are all the same as stock, 0802SE 23000kv, but some have been replaced. so in the comments, does anyone have any good advice? Like I said, this is the 3rd motor I've broken this way and the 5th motor I've broken total. Clearly, I'm not using those again.
