Rearing containers for stag beetle larvae with Kinshi
The use of standardized substrates zu rear larvae of lucanid beetles like Lucanus, Dorcus or Prosopocoilus calls for a substrate named "Kinshi" in Japan. It is nothing else than artifical white rotten wood. The recipe you can get for free and open source in my channel. Here I show you how to compose 500ml plastic containers with Kinshi.
