Historic Harbour

Flyin high above the historic harbour of Charlestown and surrounding countryside. The harbour was established in 1756 by the 5th Earl of Elgin, located on the Firth of Forth. The category A listed lime kilns are on view which are 14 massive kilns built into the hillside. The harbour also had an Industrial past , it was famously used for breaking up parts from the German Imperial Fleet.
