Bare Knuckle Polymath vs EMG 57/66 - 8 String Pickups Comparison

I recently installed a custom set of passive 8 string Bare Knuckle Polymath pickups into my Schecter Hellraiser Hybrid C-8, which replaced an active set of EMG 57/66 pickups. This is a video I wish was on the internet when I was doing research on which pickups to buy, so I made it for everyone else who wants to know the real difference between active and passive pickups, as well as exactly what happens to your tone when you switch a pickup from series to parallel. You'll hear these pickups installed in the same guitar, back to back in a full mix, solo, and the pure DI recordings. I cover styles like metalcore, progressive metal, and clean/crunch/rock. I tried to be a thorough as possible, but not long-winded. My signal chain is: Schecter Hellraiser Hybrid C-8 Radial Pro DI Passive Direct Box Behringer U-Phoria UMC404HD The amps are all modelled, and the DI goes directly into the front of each amp, with no pedals. I also chose not to EQ or post-process the sound after the cabinet to retain the full spectrum of the guitar tone. I also tried to find a tone that was a fair as possible to both sets of pickups.
