Krav Maga Girl | Kicks Workout

Krav Maga Girl, Lior Bitran, an experienced martial arts instructor is presenting a full workout for beginners, explaining about basic kicks. After a good warm up, you can learn how to do the Front Kick, Side Kick and Back Kick. Lior is accompanied by the girls Shira, Gila, Issi and Lee. Just like Adi and Jenny, people with no experience in Krav Maga can still participate and learn from the workout.
