Hello everyone! On Friday, July 17, 2026, I went carp fishing at Feke Dam with great excitement. I tried every tackle I brought, every bait and technique I could think of. However, luck wasn't on our side that day. The dam gates being open and electricity being generated made things quite difficult. The water level was rapidly dropping, leaving behind a tremendous current. Naturally, the fish were more concerned with their own survival than following the hook... Let's just say it wasn't meant to be! Even though we didn't catch any fish, being in that unique natural setting and breathing that clean air was worth everything.
