Drake C-Line HF Amateur Receiver and Transmitter (1973)
The Drake C-line (T-4XC transmitter and R-4C receiver) were the last editions of the famous Drake "twins" and became available about 1973. This particular set is "stock" and has no modifications. I bought these at an estate sale, and they worked fine after a thorough cleaning of switch contacts. The R. L. Drake Company of Miamisburg, Ohio was a well-known manufacturer of radio equipment with a good reputation for quality and performance.
