⭐ YOUR RECIPE FOR UNDER €2 PER PERSON ⭐ Hello foodies! Today, Hervé wanted to work with strawberries in a dessert everyone loves: tiramisu! In this video, Hervé shows you all the steps to easily make a delicious strawberry coconut tiramisu. You'll definitely want seconds today! 😜 ---- 🛒 RECIPE INGREDIENTS 🛒 ---- ​​300g strawberries 20 ladyfinger biscuits 250g mascarpone cheese 2 fresh eggs 50g shredded coconut 150g heavy cream 80g sugar 1 vanilla bean -------- 🧑‍🍳 RECIPE STEPS 👩‍🍳 -------- Preparation: 20 minutes Cooking: - minutes 1. Halve the strawberries. 2. Add the fresh vanilla bean and sugar. 3. Blend to make a coulis. Chill. 4. In a chilled bowl, combine the mascarpone and heavy cream. 5. Add the vanilla bean. 6. Whisk the mixture. 7. Add the sugar and shredded coconut. 8. In a bowl, separate the egg yolks from the egg whites. 9. Beat the egg whites with the sugar until stiff peaks form. 10. Add this mixture to the previous mixture. Gently fold it in. 11. Slice the remaining strawberries. To assemble: 1. Pour a layer of coulis into the bottom of the glass. 2. Add one cake, cut in half. 3. Arrange the strawberry slices on top. 4. Fill the glass with the cream. 5. Repeat the layering process. 6. Sprinkle with coconut for decoration.
