MGB Front Coil Spring Replacement - Lowered?
In this video, we remove the short lowering coil springs and put in chrome bumper springs. This is a '77 B, former rubber bumper, converted to chrome. I go through the step by step process of removing and getting the spring back in there! The Moss lowering springs lowered it more like 2". It measured about 14" from the center hub to lower chrome strip. With Chrome bumper springs (from the junkyard), it sits at about 15".
