Little Moments of a Summer Day☀️

If you’re looking for a homemade bread recipe that’s soft on the inside, golden on the outside, and surprisingly easy to make, this one is for you! 🥨✨ Ingredients 3 cups bread flour 1 cup lukewarm milk 1 tbsp yeast 1 tbsp sugar 1 tsp salt 50g butter Sesame seeds, as needed Use the same cup to measure both the flour and the milk. Instructions In a large bowl, mix the flour, salt, sugar, and yeast. Add the lukewarm milk and knead well until a dough forms. The dough should be slightly sticky. If it feels too dry, add a little lukewarm water. Add the butter and continue kneading until smooth and elastic. Cover the dough and let it rest for 1 hour. Divide the dough into equal pieces and shape them as shown in the video. Dip each piece in water, then coat generously with sesame seeds. Let them rise for another hour. Lightly spray or sprinkle some water over the dough. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C (375°F) for about 20 minutes, or until golden brown. And that’s it! Fresh, homemade bread ready to enjoy.
