Air Force Security Forces continue Tarin Kot patrols
Airfield Defence Guard Security Forces (SECFOR) section from 1 and 2 Airfield Defence Squadron at RAAF base Amberley have been conducting ground defence patrols with support from 7th Battalion, Royal Australian Regiment Task Group Combat Engineers since their arrival at Multi National Base -- Tarin Kot in November 2012. Ground defence patrols are designed to protect air power assets, infrastructure and personnel from ground attacks and increase community interaction.
