Making The Mini Grappling Hook

Today I decided to make Ver. 2.0 of the mini grappling hook that was originally made with a machine screw & nut along with some spare steel rod I had laying around the shop. This version uses a stronger nut and bolt combo along with some other modifications to the original design. I modified the design a bit and made some use of some otherwise useless components from an old carpet rack I am up-cycling. It just so happens they already had the bend I wanted -so it worked out great! The goal is to look at your “scrap” or garbage a little bit differently. Maybe its not trash after all!
