Chicken Giniling is a Filipino dish that consists of ground chicken sauteed with bell pepper, carrots, potatoes, green peas, tomatoes, and quail eggs. Best partner with pandesal, or with freshly steamed rice or filling for empanada. Ingredients: 4 cloves of Garlic 2 pcs Onion 700g Ground chicken breast 1 & 1/2 tbsp of Coarse salt 1/2 tsp ground pepper 2 pcs Bay leaves 5 pcs Tomatoes 85g or small can of Liverspread 1/2 cup of Water 2 tbsp of Annatto oil 2 pcs Red bell pepper 50g of Raisins 1/2 cup of Pre-cooked green peas 1 pc big-sized Fried potato 2 pcs small-sized Fried carrot 20 pcs Quail eggs Enjoy watching & happy cooking!
