Easy Rock Plugged In: Pido talks about his song "Invisible Cages" | Easy Rock Manila

One of the original member of the country’s premiere band Side A, an OPM icon and singer-songwriter Pido visited Easy Rock Plugged In! DJ Nick and Pido talked about how he coped up with the pandemic. He shared that at first, he had a hard time dealing with the pandemic because it affected his way of living. But days past, he learns to get along with it by means of the technology available. Pido also talked about his experience when they did their reunion concert earlier in this year. “Parang when we got together, miss na miss namin ‘yung isa’t-isa,” he said. They also talked about his latest song ‘Invisible Cages.’ Pido said that the song is a reflection of how he felt about the whole pandemic. “It’s those small things that we overlook,” he said. While for DJ Nick, he describes it a hopeful song. Before going his performance, the two played a game of Song Association. Pido sang a few lines of some of the songs that we play on Easy Rock like ‘How Sweet It Is’ by James Taylor, The Stylistics’ ‘Stop, Look, Listen,’ ‘Time Will Reveal’ by DeBarge and a few more!
