The soft curds forming in the pot, the sweet scent of warm milk, the children’s excited faces watching… these little things remind us that hope can grow in the simplest acts, just like the blossoms around us. 🍶 My First Homemade Lemon Cheese (Village-Style) – Super Easy Recipe: • 2 liters fresh full-cream milk • Juice of 2–3 large lemons (or enough to curdle the milk) • Pinch of salt (optional) Heat the milk gently until just before boiling, turn off the heat, slowly stir in the lemon juice until it curdles, let it sit 5–10 minutes, then strain through cheesecloth.
