Have you ever felt so loved that you couldn’t help but smile and sing your heart out while thinking of that someone who makes you feel so special and endeared? Do we feel the same way about Jesus? No one loves us as much as He does. What He has been through for us cannot compare to any earthly love that we receive. He gave up His royalty, His position, and even His own life for us, unworthy and lowly sinners. Oh how deep and unfathomable Jesus’ love is for us! King David was one of those who experienced God’s bountiful forgiveness, mercy and love he couldn’t help but write a whole book of songs, hymns and praises to his dear Savior! Like him, may our hearts shout, make music and sing for joy and gladness for the Ultimate Gift given to us, the gift that is JESUS!
