Sony revealed this during a 9.5-hour questioning at the Attorney General's Office's Jampidsus Building on Thursday evening (June 18, 2026). Sony's attorney, Krisna Murti, stated that during the questioning, his client alleged that Nanik had changed the names of the foundations three times. "Earlier in his investigation report (BAP), Mr. Sony explained that NSD had changed the foundations. This foundation's name was changed to this name, then again to this name, so three times," Krisna told reporters. "According to Mr. Sony's explanation in the BAP, those points (SPPG) are points owned by NSD," he continued. Krisna explained that the SPPG foundations, allegedly owned by Nanik and whose names had been changed, were spread across several areas, such as Tapos, Bogor, Karang Asem, and Madiun. Krisna further explained that the name changes to the foundations were allegedly carried out without following the applicable procedures and regulations. "NSD, if they wanted to change the foundation's name, should have written to Mr. Sony, but he didn't.
