Forza 7 Drag race: Porsche Carrera GT vs McLaren 12C

Hello everyone and welcome back to my channel. Today we have a drag race between two supercars, one is the iconic Porsche Carrera GT, and one is the McLaren MP4-12C. Lets look at their specs Lets start off with the 2003 Porsche Carrera GT. Codenamed Typ 980, the Carrera GT was designed to replace the Porsche 911 GT1 Strassenversion. Although similar to the 911 GT1, its developement was tied closely to the motorsport racing, but the Carrera GT was also made to be usable for everyday driving. With a mid-mounted 5.7L Naturally Aspirated V10, it outputs 605 bhp and 435 lb.ft of torque, weighing at 1600 kg and it uses a 6-Speed Manual Transmission, and it features a RWD system. Lets move onto the 2011 McLaren MP4-12C. Which was McLaren's first in-house developed supercar, and was the first car in the super series model range. It also saw McLaren's first application of their M838T V8 engine. And the one in the 12C is a 3.8L Twin-Turbocharged M838T V8, producing 592 bhp and 443 lb.ft of torque, weighing at 1375 thanks to the use of carbon fiber in the interior and exterior, and it features a 7-Speed dual-clutch transmission and a RWD train.
