Quick and Easy Crab Egg Soup Recipe Egg Drop Soup with Crab (15 Minutes) Crab drop egg soup Egg Drop Soup with Crab Meat Making your own soup can't get any easier than this! It's so easy to put together, a no side dish for any night of the week or a busy weekend. Ingredients: 8pcs Crab meat stick 1pc White onion chopped 1/4 tsp Chopped Ginger 1pc Cloves Garlic minced 1 stalk Green Onion separate white and green parts (For garnish) 2pcs Native Eggs lightly beaten 3.25 Cups of Water 1 tsp Fish sauce 1 tsp Seasoning 2 tsp Cornstarch White pepper 3 tbsp Cooking oil Instructions: -In a pot add oil and lightly sauté ginger, garlic, onion and white part of spring onions. -Add 3 cups of water bring to a boil then simmer for 3 minutes in low heat. -Slowly add egg on hot soup in a steady thin stream while slowly mixing the soup. -Add crab meat and simmer for more minutes in low heat. -Simmering longer would extract the taste from the crab meat. -In a small bowl combine corn starch with 1/8cup cold water. -Add the corn starch mixture, simmer until thick. -Season with Fish sauce, seasoning and white pepper. Turn heat off, serve then garnish with chopped green spring onion. Serve with Hot Steamed Rice!
