When I think of Nintendo, one of the game genre's that I would usually never associate with them is shooters. That all changed when Splatoon was announced at E3 2014, a game that revolved around kids that can transform into squids and shoot ink in order to widen their teams "Turf". A unique game such as this couldn't have been designed in one night and, despite the patches and updates the game got, what exactly is hidden in the game's files?
