Mochi Bites Ingredients Mochi • 100g Glutinous Rice Flour • 20g Corn Flour • 25g Caster Sugar • 160ml Milk • 1/2 Tbs Condensed Milk • 15g Butter • Cocoa Powder as needed Chocolate Sauce • 70g Chocolate Couverture • 50ml Whipping Cream • 20ml Milk • 1/4 Tsp Salt • 5g Butter Instructions 1. Sift in glutinous rice flour & corn flour together in a bowl. Add in sugar. Stir to combine. 2. In another bowl, pour in milk & Condensed Milk together. Whisk to combine. 3. Pour the wet Ingredients into the dry Ingredients. Whisk to combine completely. Strain the mixture. 4. Cook it in pot until thickens. 5. Once cooked (from milky white, turned to translucent off white) add butter. Mix until butter melts and combines completely. Remove from pot. 6. Knead the dough until soft about 5 minutes. 7. Portion out the dough into 15g balls each and coat it with cocoa powder. 8. Sift out excess cocoa powder. Ready to served .
