The H. family from Vienna can't believe their eyes: their new neighbor has built a 4.5-meter-high wall and outbuilding right on the property line. There's only 40 centimeters of space between the family's listed building and the new wall. When the family looks out of their first-floor window, the high wall completely blocks their view. The H. family can't believe that such a structure could be built on the property line without a building permit.
