​​ Today we begin to look at the 9 fruits of the Holy Spirit, which begin to develop in every believer in Christ from the moment they they receive Jesus as Lord, and which mature and expand as the believer grows in Jesus - the process called "Sanctification". These nine Fruits of the Spirit are introduced in Galatians chapter 13 verses 22 and 23 In this message, the first of a multi-part presentation, we dive into the introduction to the topic and examine the First fruit, which is LOVE. What does Christian love mean, how is it shown, what is the focus and purpose for it and how does it grow - what does it mean to and in me?. Along the way, we might gain useful insights into our own perspective on love, into the basis and motivation of our attachment to God and how God's love is transforming, us, our church and our world!
