Like I mentioned, it started with a pizza craving, and I didn't have lunch for work, so I decided to make these empanadas filled with chicken and others with ham and cheese. They turned out super delicious! They're easy to pack and very practical. And if you don't have an air fryer, you can bake them in the oven.
