Insane Bayou Harvest: Epic Louisiana Adventures Compilation (catch and cook)

Here’s what’s going down in this compilation: Monster Catfishing: We hit the water with 32 jugs, using fresh shad and a few experimental baits to land some absolute slabs. You'll see the exact rig we use to keep those circle hooks tangle-free and effective. Catch and Cook: Nothing beats fresh harvest. I’m firing up the fryer for some beer-battered catfish nuggets and sweet potato fries, then heading to the kitchen to whip up a fast and flavorful rabbit stew. Big Drum Battle: I head out solo to cross a "Big Ugly" off the Louisiana species list. It turns into a 30lb+ battle, followed by a successful (and slightly nerve-wracking) emergency swim bladder venting to make sure he swims away healthy. Marsh Rabbit Hunting: We join up with the crew for some "La Chasse"—rabbit hunting Cajun style. No dogs needed when you have a solid group to push through the high marsh grass. North Louisiana Road Trip: I travel north to team up with Bradley from God’s Country Hunting and Fishing. We’re using live bluegill on limb lines and bank poles to target giant flatheads, and the results are legendary.
